• Limit 1 guest per client inside the studio due to limited space
• When you enter the building into the lobby you will use the call box next to the second set of doors to call us at suite 303. We will buzz you in and you'll enter the second set of doors and make your first left. Our suites, 303 & 304 will be on your right.
• We are still accepting walk-ins first come first serve, but waiting space is very limited in the lobby.
• If there is a wait, we will take your information and contact you to come in when space is available.
• While not required, appointments for piercings and tattoo consultations are now highly recommended. Please book appointments at the link above.

No, all sales are final and refunds are not provided for any reason. You will be required to acknowledge this on the release form provided in the studio.

Deposits for tattoo appointments are also non-refundable with no exceptions. Tattoo appointments may be rescheduled, however if missed or canceled you will not receive your deposit back for your tattoo appointment.

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo per TN state law. You will be required to provide a government issued photo ID in the studio.

*We do NOT tattoo minors, no exceptions.

Our shop minimum for tattoos is $100 per design per person depending on placement.

Hand/finger/wrist tattoos are a minimum of $125 due to the necessity of multiple touch-ups over time which we offer free of charge from your original artist.

While we do offer piercings for minors, different piercings have different age limits. Ear lobe piercings generally do not have a limit.

*If you are interested in ear lobe piercings for an infant or toddler it is best to have a consultation with our piercer prior. Please feel free to schedule an appointment at the "Book Appointment" link above and in the notes mention you want a consultation for an infant or toddler.

TN state law requires minors to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with their government issued photo ID as well as the minor's birth certificate. We are required to make a copy of both for our records.

*We do not make exceptions for these requirements.

The healing time for a tattoo or piercing varies depending on the individual and the location of the tattoo or piercing. Generally tattoos take 10+ days to fully heal.Our artists and piercers will provide you with proper aftercare instructions when you are in the studio.

*Please contact us with photos or stop by the studio if you feel your tattoo or piercing is not healing properly.

In order to schedule a tattoo appointment and guarantee your time slot we need to know details about the design you're wanting, approximately what size, and the placement you have in mind. We will quote you and require a non-refundable $50+ deposit at the time of booking.
